Manufacturing Preference

  • LPF have production capacity of 300+ tons of Carbon Steel and 200+ tons of Stainless Steel every month presently. With plate rolling capacity from 6mm to 100 mm.
  • Having forging and pressing capacity with 800 ton to 3000 tons.
  • 3 heat treatment facility with computerized chart preparation system and a complete knowledge of TTT to confirm the mechanical properties as per client need and standard.
  • 12 automatic welding bay makes LPF enable to produce more than 100 nos of 30" and oversized elbow in a single day.

Facilities for manufacturing and managing pipe fittings may include the following:

  • Manufacturing Plant: LPF has a dedicated manufacturing plant or facility for producing pipe fittings. LPF has sufficient space for various manufacturing processes, including cutting, bending, shaping, welding, and assembly. Our layout is designed to ensure smooth material flow and efficient production.
  • Workstations and Production Lines: Within the manufacturing plant, designated workstations or production lines are set up for different manufacturing processes. Each workstation is equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, and machinery to carry out specific tasks such as cutting, drilling, threading, or welding.
  • Material Storage: LPF has adequate storage space for storing raw materials, including pipes, fittings, and other components. The storage areas are organized to facilitate easy access, inventory management, and tracking of materials. Proper shelving, racks, or storage systems are used to store and organize different types and sizes of fittings.
  • Tooling and Equipment: LPF have various specialized tools and equipment. These include cutting machines (such as saws or pipe cutters), bending machines (such as pipe benders), welding equipment, threading machines, drilling machines, and inspection tools. The facility has the necessary tools and equipment to support the manufacturing processes.
  • Quality Control and Testing Area: A designated area within the facility is allocated for quality control and testing activities. This area includes inspection stations, measurement tools, testing equipment (such as pressure testing equipment or non-destructive testing equipment), and a controlled environment for conducting inspections and tests to ensure the quality of the pipe fittings.
  • Finishing and Coating Facilities: Depending on the specific requirements of the pipe fittings, a separate area for finishing and coating processes are necessary. This area includes surface treatment equipment, painting booths, coating application systems, curing ovens, and inspection stations to ensure the desired finish and protection of the fittings.
  • Packaging and Shipping Area: Once the pipe fittings are manufactured and inspected, a dedicated area is needed for packaging and preparing them for shipping. This area includes packaging materials, labeling systems, weighing scales, and loading docks for efficient shipment preparation.
  • Administrative and Support Facilities: Our Administrative offices for managing the overall operations, including planning, scheduling, and administrative functions. Additional support facilities include meeting rooms for collaboration, employee facilities such as break rooms and restrooms, and utility infrastructure for power supply, ventilation, lighting, and waste management.
