High-Performance Sub-Sea Induction Bends for Critical Offshore Applications
LPF specializes in manufacturing Subsea Induction Bends engineered for high-performance offshore and deepwater applications. These critical components are designed to withstand extreme pressure, temperature, and corrosive marine environments, ensuring reliable flow in oil & gas subsea infrastructure.
- 1.5D to 10D , as per project Requirement made from WP 5 , WP 11, WP 22, WP 91 and other exotic materials
- High frequency bending machine designed by LPF
- The large fitting chamber (2 nos - 1 by electric, 1 by gas ) for the large dia bend upto 7 - 10 D bends
- Annual capacity of bend manufacturing is approximately 600 tons
- Also 2 - 6 inch cold-press bends can be manufactured as per project specification
- All type of required coating on bends can be applied in-house
Induction Bending,
the passionate technology
Through out the years, we learned that bending is a performing
art with a high end technology and ultimate perfection. Technology says "never push hard while bending".
Not every manufacturer knows the tips of a successful bending.
Starting from selection of right material, angle to tangent, ovality to radius and ultimate the temperature control ......
it's tailor made. A passionate creation.
Each specific order have its own character and demand to fill up.
LPF earned the technique of bending working with most reputed engineers and technicians of this industry. For critical sour service to sub-sea application. And 2D,3D, 5D or any specific radius desired.
We invested in research of it. Traveled far to take it to the ultimate perfection.
We bend it with a minimum tolerance.
To LPF, bending is a passionate creation with most adorable touch of perfection.

Here's a general overview of the hot induction bending process:
- Pipe Preparation
- Heating
- Bending
- Cooling
Hot induction bending offers several advantages over other bending methods, such as cold bending or field bending. It allows for greater flexibility in creating complex curved sections with tight radii while maintaining the structural integrity of the pipe. The controlled heating and bending process also minimizes the risk of material fractures or defects. Hot induction bending is commonly used in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation, where pipelines need to navigate obstacles or follow specific route configurations.
